I do believe it will and that is why we had to add AI to our tool for recruiting CRM marketing purposes. Over time, without a strong database and campaign, recruiting is quite expensive. So using AI matching and marketing, we can create a better work flow for recruiters.

Wow, I'd like automation around food, document and an email with a meeting agenda sent out in the morning. I'd like my team to also have thier own to do list ready to go emailed to them and on calendar so they are on top of the check list of what to do.

Managing a Technical team when you have not been a Developer. Wow, what a learning curve. 3 years later, still learning daily.

I think a solid blog that provides content that google actually wants people to read and take people to will win. Even if only 1x per month posting. That is king- Content on a Blog/Site.

I think surround yourself with genius talent that already knows your industry so you are not alone in being the genius in the company.
