Time blocking and setting a schedule ahead of time. Makes sure you have everything planned out and gives you time to do it.

On business in general? Never. An idea or product? Depends. There is always another business opportunity so if something isn't working pretty quick, it might be worth it to switch. But there is no one-size-fits-all answer.

Canva. I tried using AI but I couldn't get something that looked good and it was an annoying process. Good ol canva works though.

I haven't built apps in years but I would 100% do that. There are some niches that will perform better on Android but overall, iOS gives you more opportunity and is easily to make money with. If you get 1000 downloads for each app, 99% of the time, you'll make significally more with iOS.

Since getting a family, I lost my dedicated room which is not ideal. I would give up most of what I have to have a dedicated room again. Just give me a desk, chair, and laptop but in my own room and I'd be happy.

Yes and no. Look at a car assembly line. People said robots would completely take over those jobs but if you look at any plant, there are plenty of people still on those lines. They use robots too but they work together. That is how AI will be with a lot of industries, including developers.

Absolutely. I run a personal planner business and I am most productive when I follow and use my planners. Time blocking is my favorite method and the one that I have found most effective.

All of my products are in the productivity niche. Time management, organization and being more efficient.

I have 2. Slow growth is ok, slow and steady wins the race. And you don't need to fake it and look like a big business to be successful.

I'd move onto the next thing. I would get bored if I didn't. I have to scheme and figure out a business to be happy.

My experience is terrible with both. I've hired a couple of freelancers, 1 did good for a while and the other was just terrible. Then I switched to a big agency and it was horrible as well. I wish I had tried a boutique agency instead, might have gotten better results. Those are just from my experience though.
