I love the idea, but I am not overly keen on leaving a $500.00 deposit without knowing the product's full price. If I can only afford a VW, then I will not go look at a Ferrari. It turns me away from companies that don't have pricing on their website.

We use Zendesk for our support inbox and would like to have the option like gmail for adding videos
Pros: Easily to use, great interface
Cons: Wish it has an app with in Zendesk
