Material UI is one of the best I've used recently, they have easy navigation, loads of great demos and examples with lots of variation, and thorough API documentation. On the other end of the spectrum some bad ones I've experienced are the Blender API docs and the BabylonJs docs. I've only been to one networking event IRL since the pandemic and it was a bit awkward sadly, I think we were all out of paractice. Also it was hard to know whether people were comfortable with hand shaking or not so best to avoid. I think it will be a while before those type of events return to "normal".

It depends, I think a 2-3 months would be a good amount of time if you're brand new to PH and it's your first time launching. You definitely need to invest some time getting to know the platform and learn how other products succeed and what they did to get there
