Emily - what we've learned over time with F500 is that even if they were not born digital, they can disrupt digital businesses. It does start with leadereship at the top and a groundswell of Digital DNA at the troops.

Kimberly, the power of amazon comes from their realization of network economies. In a network economy, you want to vertically integrate the content, the network, and the technologies. When we look at a company like Apple, they disrupted 27 business models. Think about what happened the need for a digital camera, music players, pda's, a gps device, a camcorder, a watch, and even flashlight manufacturers. All destroyed by one device.

Jacq - great question. (on F500). A number of companies fell off the list as their business models got disrupted. Kodak is a great example of a technology shift. They were pioneers but failed to cannablize their own business.
