Flume's water monitoring solution is awesome, it notifies me when one of the kids accidentally leaves a hose spigot running outside, if one of our toilets is stuck running or if I have a bonafide leak someone on my property. Installation was a breeze and connection to my wifi network was a snap. Get it and you'll be happy, chances are you'll find a leak you had no idea about.
