I've played with tl;dv and really enjoyed it. It brings a lot of the searchability of documents to video without making me read so much.

They're all cliche, which I dislike, but can survive. Life is full of cliches. What I hate, hate, hate about "these difficult times" is the saccharine melodrama of it all.

We use Trello, which is great for some things. An issue I have with it, as a manager, is that while it's good for visualizing work in progress (WIP), it's really bad for laying out longer term timelines and roadmaps.
