A few of my proud moments. -> Being offered a seat at the leadership table of an 800-employee company at 24. -> Using CRO to reduce 2.5 million dollars in acquisition costs for our client without changing results. -> Launching a product that hit 100 logins in 30 days. Not all wins, though. I've had my share of lessons. Learning points in retrospect: -> It's a world of distribution. No longer information or tech. Fail distribution, and you will fail the product. -> You should incorporate systems and processes on Day 1. Skip them on day 1, and most likely, you will steer by feelings rather than facts. Startups are my arena. Product-led growth is my method. And honestly? I'm just getting started.
