I don't know if it's under-the-radar, but Notion's database features are getting really nice, and they even have a free integrated AI assistant now (15 uses or something).
And for 3D modeling, I just discovered that Windows actually has a pre-installed tool called "3D Builder" which is a quick way to build simple objects. I didn't even know this existed until today.
