What I always miss with such business accounts, which is already rather standard with German banks, is the possibility to collect direct debit payments on customer accounts / business accounts. Are such functions being planned?

Maybe an installation guide would be helpful, since I work more with no code tools, it's always helpful if there is a Docker image (easier to install with Portainer or Easypanel). And directly a feature suggestion: API Requests as Action and then you can reuse the response as a variable or in chat, I always waited for this with the other...

I have tested Clientjoy for a while and must say that your tool does its job well. The only point that makes the tool useless for me personally is the missing translation option. My customers are German and with an English CRM I am unfortunately badly served.
