I use the product since several month and it is amazing what I already find out about me and my bode. Especially the HRV values are shockingly good. I see one day in advance when I am getting an Illness and stop exercising to skip it without having even effects on it. I learned to listen again to my feelings thanks to this app and its algorithms.
