@zemvpferreira I have an Anova now and love it, but it doesn’t work that well if I want to have something start cooking for 4 hours automatically while I’m away at the office. The addition of refrigerating the water bath seems like it could solve that perfectly. Does Mellow work like a traditional circulator to maintain a consistent water temperature? It almost looks to good to be true...
