We have started using the product for HappyFox Chat (https://www.producthunt.com/tech/happyfox-chat-2). It is expensive but I think it is quite worth the price. Their annual pricing is a lot more affordable. I wish they had a plan for younger startups - like MixPanel partner pricing. They have a solid engineering team. Happy to be onboard with them as an early customer.
