Overall I would say these are a marginal upgrade to the Bose QC 35 II. The new transparency feature is a godsend for me personally. Being able to push a button to hear the outside world, and push it again to dial out the noise. It works great. Transparency mode passes through outside sounds but it cancels the him in your own ears you would hear while talking. So it sounds like you don't have...
