I’ve been working on something to solve a problem I had. Constantly switching between Slack and CS tools like Zendesk or Intercom to handle customer questions. It just feels weird, why can't I communicate in one place?

How do I find my first customer?
It doesn't have to be a customer. I want a user who is willing to try my service and tell me how good/bad it is.
After I rolled out MVP, I am not getting any users.
So far, I have tried Reddit and Tread posts to reach out to people.
I don't want to promote here but the product is a Slack app that turns your workspace into CS Chat.

We are the SkyLink team. We had tons of customer interviews to improve WaveOn and chose to build an Email marketing solution.
Yeah, there are tons of Email marketing solutions from MailChimp to Loops. However, we thought the E-commerce sector was a rather neglected niche for automated Email marketing.
