Reading the highlights here make me feel smart! Way better use of my time than reading my FB feed. :)

This looks really great. We use Slack in our company all the time and sometimes we do feel like we're swamped with irrelevant notifications. I'm excited to try this out! How exactly can I personalize the bot commands so I can tailor to my company’s needs?

What I like about this is it brings me back to the nostalgia days of IRC where we had "assistant bots" programmed to spit out certain text when a command is issued. This fits exactly into that except I don't have to program the bot, and it does USEFUL actions as opposed to just saying things. Well done Workato team! :)
