I choose the way to live with distractions instead of avoiding it.
When I been distracted for any reason, I try to re-focus as quick as possible. Of course it would take time to get used to it but the result is far more than expected!

I choose 50/50 for sustainable growth. Old customers are more value than new and the only way to keep old customer keep on using product are the changes, improvements on product itself

I still work at weekend for my personal projects but I try to keep my mind at ease, don't let myself too stressful and take rest when I feel like to.
I found out when I keep it like that, I work very effective not just weekend but in whole week. Balance is the point here!
Do you use the weekend to relax or do you use it to focus on personal projects?

With me it's pretty simple.
From Monday to Friday, I spend everyday at work and overtime 2 hours each night after dinner.
On Saturday and Sunday, morning till afternoon, I will try to get all the personal, family matters done.
I set me free on both evening. Time for friends, hobbies and build motivation for another week :D

With me, any tasks that we just couldn't make it automatically are all low value and waste of time. Like assign tasks, getting results, read report by the end of the day, do testing,...
Fellow makers, are there any low-value, time-consuming tasks that make you angry? ๐
