Chindi is a labour of love, and I do mean labour! Textile waste is manually segregated by fabric and colour. Pulped down and rewoven into yarn. Then hand woven by craftspeople from Dharavi, Mumbai. I'd love to know what you think of our little initiative to keep textile waste away from landfills, and to bring pre-loved clothes back in your hands in a different form.

Products that are "made from nothing"
Chindi (meaning "waste" in Hindi) recycles textile waste into beautiful products handmade by low-income craftspeople in India. We make from nothing, we make for impact.
