Totally support anyone finding their path to a more rewarding sober life. been sober 9~ years with "Rational Recovery"
Playing devil's advocate; does counting the days remind you of "not drinking" so often that you might think of it more than if you didn't track the days?
I'm curious how different people think about this. Like for me I had to stop going to AA meetings because everyone talks...

Great question Neha, it's a total game changer, I'd say it's reduced about 70% of my customer responses. I'm kind of un happy that I have to pay for the chat bot (zichat) separate from my customer service platform (ReAmaze) and wish I could combine the functionality of both

SOS: Shiny Object Syndrome - A Blessing and a Curse
I know I'm not alone here with this affliction — the tendency to jump from one idea to the next. PH is a breading ground for new biz concepts which is a double edged sword.
I get excited, motivated, and engaged in new concepts, reserving domain names in a fit of inspiration and then finding new excitement in something else a week later. Leaving us with half-finished projects, forgotten...

Great question Hussam and a common experience for creators to face. It's so important to recognize at these times that "a bend in the road is not the end of the road unless we fail to make the turn".
I am designing a micro thin AirTag of sorts that is thinner than 2 credit cards. I had been working on a layout for the graphics based on a template for the components inside. Then the factory had...

What laws define the added level of complexity that systems tend to take on over time?
I've been pondering the way that products and online sales channels have evolved over the past decade.
Simple things like email or blogs have evolved into complex systems. In the same way that newly launched apps have a minimal set of tools and then grow with more complexity over time... are there any rules that guide this in the way that computing function (Moore's law) defines transistors?

I'd like to unify my CRM (ReAmaze) and my shopify chat bot (ZipChat) to escalate issues not answered in chat or just use something that integrates both. I'm really happy with ReAmaze but paying for two services seems like overkill - where can I find a better solution?

Hi Bren,
Great topic to highlight here.
I've witnessed the acceleration towards content demand in my 20+ years in business and as a solo-preneur inventor it's really hard to generate content while also running a business. I have direct experience with the upsides of content creation when some of my product videos went viral on YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Pf3z935R37E
I think...

Usually pizza is involved 🍕🍕🍕
It's also important to remember that the path of the creative process is not linear. We become frustrated when our expectation and reality have different paths, when life goes sideways we lose faith. Remember...

As a single Dad and Solo-preneur it's not easy... I try to roll with whatever tasks I can wrap up into something my kids want to do. Carry my laptop a lot but letting go of things I can't control has kept me sane (most times). lol

One thought on the knowledge base process: One of my products (durable consumer good) doesn't yet have a landing page because I'm trying to learn more about the customers out there. Currently when I get to the setup step requesting a landing page there is no way for me to upload documentation or other sources.
