In today's world we are always connected, always online, and on multiple channels, all at the same time.
For a long time, just like everybody, I naturally stayed connected with many old friends, former colleagues, and of course family. What makes it even worse is that I get hundreds of messages and forwards from friends and family. Even when I get home and ready to spend some quality time, lo...

There will be many blogs out there with tips and tricks. At the end it comes down to the product, the way you describe it needs to be clear and straight to the point, and you need to engage with the community... it does help have a large base of followers outside of product hunt (and inside wouldn't hurt) so when you launch you get it up voted
Looking for helpful advice

Yes it has happened many times, and some of my previous startups have failed because of that. That said, if you do fit in the target market, then why not. Sometimes you would be in the best position to know the pain points and nuances that others may face but not bothered to do something about it. Take messengers these days, everyone expects you to be "always on" the whole time, and its gotten...

Im a big card collector, since I was in middle school. I usually check out ebay every now and then to see how much my basketball cards are worth. Just signed up to your platform. It would be cool if there is a service you provide that evaluates your card based on authenticity, condition, and estimates a price (using some sort of algorithm that compares similar cards on other sites and...

Definitely, at least for the foreseeable future. We saw how travel changed after Spt11. I cant imagine how travel will be post-covid, but I would assume we would all need to be in airports much earlier for "temperature tests" and potentially share medical data with customs.
Do you think travel planning will change after COVID?

Good idea! I have been an event organizer in the past (when I was a student) and this was one of the hardest things to do - getting sponsorship with no one supporting you.
I checked out the website, small bug, when I opened the features, it turned French instead of English and no wont change back.

Hey Makers,
I am working on a secure messenger and launching soon. Any feedback on landing page would be great. Our product is a messenger to help us get our sanity back. We are "always on" and friends, family and colleagues message us non-stop all the time. This messenger separates your personal and work messages and gives you the control you need to keep distractions away - plus we take...

For my early stage, using Google Analytics. I find it easy to use and straight forward and free. Is yours an app or website?

Great idea helping artists and giving back to the artist community. Cards still have a major impact within those in my network (friends and family) as it shows you went out of your way rather than a text message.
-$30 minimum is not too bad because whenever I buy cards I usually buy a bunch for the next few months and always stock up
-Limited shipping is the negative comment I have, as I live...

I think this is really cool. There are many cooking apps out there. The issue is many try to keep you within the app and make it hard to "import" recipes you find online. It would be interesting to have that import function that also allows embedded videos, as you know even on Intsagram there are mini-videos with instructions below it - and having some way to import them would be great.
