After trying my first installation from cloudpress (bought from appsumo), it erased not only the frontend, but the backend dashboard of the WordPress website I was redesigning (how does that even happen?!). I wrote to them 5 days ago with no response. Definitely the worst WordPress experience I have had in my 3 years of using WP.
