I have used the product for a period of time as an API integrated using a Zapier integration. Their support is good and I have not had any problems with it jamming my Zap or anything.

The part where the bot is coaching the user makes it easy for anyone to write a press release which fits with the format which journalists expect to get in their inbox.
Pros: It makes it much easier to write good press releases
Cons: Initially, you loose a tiny bit of flexibility
