Not launching fast enough and getting customer feedback. Trying to perfect the product without having market validation. Launch quickly and often.

1. Focus on the user
2. Understand user personas at a deep level
3. Use data to make decisions
4. Leverage the roadmap as a vision document, not a to do list
5. Always iterate and improve personally, the team, and the product

Could use Intercom to capture customer feedback and push it to a bug or product management app. Depends if you're looking to enable end users to submit bugs or internal teams.
What app do you guys use for tracking users' bugs (product defect)?
