Depends - if we talk about email marketing, I think Sundays are the best. I hate meetings or any calls though on Sundays. Still trying to keep the balance and not spend more than 3 hours to work during weekend.

Communication is the key of success! If you are not comfortable with something - say it immediately! Do not wait time to pass and tension to grow in the team. Once exploded, is harder to build balance afterwards.
