Absolutely! When associates are at home, they have to deal with less instances of stress, abuse, politics, etc. that other associates may create.

This is are really good question.
Question #1 answer: I've pace myself and budgeted to save enough for 6 months before starting. My focus has been on building the technology and "marketing". In the start up phase, it's not really worth it. Once there is a larger following, then I'd say "yes". I've found that it's helpful (in the early stages) when you want to create your digital foot print.

This is something that I've tackled in the past and am really focussing on right now. I've learned that connecting directly is more intimate but it takes a lot of time and energy.
