Handy tool when developing and testing cookie stuff.
Pros: Can add, edit (content and options), remove cookies
Cons: The UI is a bit convoluted

I like the unique icon.
Pros: Customizable UA strings, including menu hierarchy
Cons: Too many not-so-useful-to-me initial settings, forced hierarchy
