👋 Hi, I’m Thomas, a founder and product builder with a background in technology, design, product management, and hobby-level military history. I’ve got four ventures: Appear (appear.sh), Hoosh (hoo.sh), ProductMap, and DeepRecruit, which I would like to work on and talk about. I also have Peterson Advisory, a small advisory and consultancy business where I work tech companies big and small on navigating product, design, operation, and go-to-market challenges, like being a fractional CPO but where I roll up my sleeves.
