We use this at work as a whiteboarding, product planning and strategic alignment tool. It's a good swiss-army-knife solution but leaves a number of things wanting. Simple image cropping would be awesome. Commenting and dialogue quickly gets confusing. Pros: Can hold a spectacular amount of information and still be fluid. Cons: Costly.
