I actually hired someone a while ago to apply to jobs for me from Craigslist. It did not go well. I got interviews but they were the wrong positions and really off. I went online and looked far and wide (I literally looked over 300 applications) and found someone that just got it and loves applying to jobs for me. Applying to jobs is literally the most soul crushing and demoralizing thing that one can do. I've found the most effective and motivating time I spend is networking, professional development, etc. So I started outsourcing it and it's worked pretty good!
