I started using charge after I ran my first marathon. It keep you motivated and I have ran right through the winter months which can be difficult because of the cold weather. My husband thinks I am nut when I say I am going for a run with my running group. He is like do you know how cold it is and I say yes I just have to layer more. I love the this app
