One thing which I notice is that now a random user cannot see which are the accounts which have Upvoted. Earlier, I could see a Rohan Chaubey having 'Upvoted' VocAdapt and commented on it, but now it is only the comment which is visible. Don't you reckon this can result in potential 'Opaque' practices especially with Upvotes?

What if I as a customer wanted to post something not so positive. Will the owner of the website know about it and be in a position to take action ?

Knowing who is the journalist, what beats they cover and their contact details. If JournoPitch can customize the pitch basis each journalist and what they have written, it would be a winner in the market.

Congrats on the launch of Reach @rminla and @shanmuga_priyan. As someone who hasn't had a good experience running email campaigns, can Reach ensure Email and SMS deliverability into the Inbox? How does it handle regulations such as DND in India for SMS and stringent guidelines o Gmail (most emails go into Junk or Promotional)? Is there a way to safeguard domain authority?
