I will just add 2 factors to the points others have added. These are factors primarily for B2B products, not sure if they are applicable to B2B products 1. Decide whether you want to go with a free tier or a free trial - I'm a huge fan of free trials and not a fan of free tiers, as free-to-paid conversion is usually less. Again depends on whether you have a good enough hook to convert folks...

Integration with other productivity apps, transcription, and smooth screen sharing are my top 3 features that I look for in a video platform. I don't mind if there are not many collaboration features as I use Miro and Figma for the same anyway and would just scribble something on that if needed

How did this help Klu with the launch Patricia? Does PH give you data on how many people followed vs how many people actually used the product on Launch Day? I can think of a long workaround for this - if PH gives a list of "people who want to be notified", we can maybe do a Vlookup against the signups on that day and see how effective it actually is 🤔

I've tried this to create SEO-first blogs and they rarely work. Unless you're using something like Surfer or Frase to vet it for SEO keywords, this has not worked for me in the past.
