Looks nice but the constant hover on everything can get annoying. Maybe make it very subtle if at all or replace with drop shadow on hover.

Really nice and simple.
It sometimes doesn't work on mobile or it takes a good 20 seconds before you can play the video. Is this issue going to be addressed anytime soon?
