Hi 👋
Notaku is an awesome tool to build all your necessary websites for your Startup using Notion as CMS
Notaku can build a docs website just like GitBook from your Notion pages
You can also embed the website directly into your own with a widget, it looks like a button on the side of the screen that when clicked opens up a sidebar with all docs website
Notaku can do a lot more: you can...

You could follow the Musk vision (adding payments and other WeChat things) and try to get acquired for some millions by Twitter itself
You would also need a way to import your existing Twitter data
To me Mastodon doesn't really make sense, it's fragmented between servers, it's more like Discord than Twitter
Who is interested in building a Twitter alternative?

For all my projects i use https://notaku.so to create the roadmap websites (and widgets)
It uses Notion as CMS and is fully customizable (custom domain, logo, font, colors, etc)
It has upvotes so you can prioritize features based on what users care the most about
You can also create an embeddable widget to add directly into your app :)
Do you have a roadmap website?

Another tip: Add the user name in the email subject, this makes the email feel like it was hand written
Don't put any image or html layout, simple text and a signature at the end like "Best, Tommy @ notaku.so"

For notaku.so i save the user time zone and send them transactional emails at around 12am. This increases opens rates a lot.
I also send a lot of emails after user completes an action (for example after user creates a website from Notion), these emails are useful as a sort of notification

From other companies i saw (like Planetscale and Vercel)
- create hype with countdown tweets and little easter eggs
- Send email the day before too, "Tomorrow is the day" or something like that
- Add a live count down on the landing page with a link to save the event on your calendar (Vercel did this for Next conf)
- Add "N days till launch" on your Twitter bio
- Do a Twitch live for the whole...

For https://notaku.so i made a little tool to create clickable image links in Notion and shared it on Reddit
I got at least 2 new customers thanks to that little tool and they love the product! They already created their docs website using Notion and Notaku :)

For me product market fit means distribution + retention
To have good distribution you need a place where you get a continuous source of traffic, this can be a link ranking good on Google or a comment on Reddit, something like that
