I have been using this bot for almost a month. Like any machine-based-learning project, it could be mistaken occasionally at the beginning. With some "training" - adding more items to enrich the docs, it is growing smarter. Do not intend to make it a total replacement of human agent, yet it is your saver from redundant and repetitious choirs and much more than that. BWT, my visitors love it....
