Tight integration with our end customers.
We prepared an enterprise package that creates custom presets for our customers and we offer them seamless integration into their system.
We are aware of scalability issues and are already addressing them - but this is something that competition is not currently doing.
You've built a product in a crowded market with similar offerings; what sets you apart?

We're launching as well, so I don't know if I'm eligible for advice, but I guess this ain't stopping me 😅
I would say, just launch, do your best, listen to your customers, iterate and launch again.
Every successful company I looked at had multiple launches and they were rolling out slowly, almost none of them were just "LAUNCH AND NOW WE MILLIONAIRES".
