I think they are crucial. Don't assume a customer/user knows how to do anything with your product. Always better to provide multiple ways to eductae them and ensure they are getting value from use. would you mind sharing who you used on fiverr and the vid link?

Hi, I'd personally go with option 2. The more users you have and the more diverse they are, the better your overall feedback will be. If you are confident in product stability, higher user numbers are (almost) always a good thing
Opinion about beta testing or public launch strategy.
