    I usually block myself for around 30 Minutes a day for answering my DMs on Twitter. I answer DMs and engage in conversations. When the 30 Minutes are over I commence on doing something else and continue where I stopped. I might not be the fastest replying, yet it's efficient since you solely focus on that task!

    @joshuafreeland I have been using this one (https://play.google.com/store/ap...) which covers a variety of SM but depends which ones you are primarily using!
