Usually this is a bank account, although I had a few problems even with such an operation and had to look for a PayPal support number - https://paypal.pissedconsumer.com/customer-service.html to solve the problem

I have linked my debit USD card, just because I use it more than any other option. By the way, I always prefer PayPal to Venmo, firstly because of excellent paypal customer service , posibillity to link every payment method and 24/7 availability.

It's not possible to send money from Venmo to PayPal. If you're shopping online and click on the PayPal button to pay, you might be offered the option to use Venmo to make the payment instead. However, person to person payments between Venmo and PayPal aren't available yet. rzstatus
