No-code Makers: How would you connect a data table populated by user entry with a visual front-end?

Hi there, I am trying to build a simple tool similar (but different topic) to the business model canvas. Visually imagine an endless canvas of squares. A user should be able "to activate" a square, by entering a number and a name into a form defining the square to be chosen. I am thinking of a Airtable + Figma setup but I can not connect any entry to a certain sqare in the design. Thanks for any hints ... it should be no code.
