Our team has been focusing on defining the buyer persona, and we came up with 2 personas actually. Well that's because our product is a complex one, and can be used by various teams.

A product should be focused on very narrowed down definition of a buyer persona in the initial stages.
Like
A programmer who is taking a tech interview remotely can use intervue.io
Later can be converted to
A person who is taking a tech interview remotely can use intervue.io
Later can be converted to
A person who is taking a tech interview can use intervue.io
and so on....
Other use cases can only come after the product is developed and already addressing 100's of customers seamlessly.
