Would you say you are completely unbiased while hiring a candidate?

As a recruiter, I faced this problem from other team members that they have had their pre conceived ideas bothering the recruitment process. So, I thought of a solution which can develop a solution in an unbiased manner. Of course, human intervention is needed,but for first few rounds where our bias can make us loose a potential candidate, this solution can be really helpful. What are your views?
