Finding an affordable UX designer for MVP

Hi Everyone, I'm looking for a UX designer for my personal finance app. Just curious, where have you found someone pre-funding (aka not on a super high budget). What kind of rates/hours did they usually put in for MVP? Thanks a lot for any kind of insight!
