It is a huge market (pretty much anyone with a connected device) but I don't think the secret lies in developing a better app as much as getting people to start using it. I'm not using whatsapp because of its UI/UX but because the people I want to chat with also use it... If anything, I'd love to move to another app that's not owned by meta. But I don't have the will to tell all my contacts to switch to another app, and even if I did. Not all of them would. How do you solve that?

@gael_de_mondragon Uhmm, nice question! See, before the invention of tiktok, video content was not that much viral. Soon, Instagram launched it on its own platform. Similarly, it takes some time for audience to accept. You just need to provide them something unique and that is the app features. Only one great feature can help you with 1000 downloads within no time. Remember, have some uniqueness in your platform, find great influencer to promote that feature for you, sit back & relax. You should have faith in your creativity and that will go a long way for you!!!

Why not, but here is another idea: A profitable startup idea for the long run could be a subscription-based service that provides customers with access to a variety of products and services. The service could be tailored to meet the needs of different customers, and customers could have the option to customize their subscription packages. The startup could also offer discounts and promotions to attract new customers and keep existing ones. Additionally, the service could provide customers with access to educational materials and resources to help them make the most of their subscription.
