AI Powered Outline Editor for Writers

Are there good AI powered outline editors for fiction writers? I have heard of NovelAI and SudoWrite, which are great but their focus seems to be on co-writing with an AI on a rich text editor. Are there any that allow writers to organise their chapters, the main points within them, characters, etc. ?
