Anyone doing cold emails? How's your experience?

I've tried cold emails and while they can be a cost-effective outreach strategy, the low response rates can be a challenge. It’s a game of persistence, but the potential for valuable connections keeps me going!

I'm using Mailshake for cold emailing and seeing solid open rates around 40-50% so far. The key is keeping subject lines short, casual and curiosity-provoking. Personalization helps a ton too - I spend extra time researching prospects to find a relevant hook or angle to mention. It's more work upfront but pays off in much higher engagement. Would love to hear what's working well for others!

I've had mixed results with cold emails but when they work they work well. The key for me has been personalization generic templates tend to get ignored. I use Brevo for email marketing.
