I am trying to find a good term to describe a category that bincludes : APIs for software utilities - as in file conversion, or data (e.g. country codes, VAT calculation etc. Does softare utility services sound self explanatory? Or would you go for something else? I would like the term to be powerful in terms of branding but also accurate technically.

Interesting question. After reading the term 'Software Utility' ( and viewing apyhubs front page, ) i actually couldn't think of an example until i browsed the catalog. Now i get it. Personally i find the branding behind 'Apy That/It' much more powerful/descriptive e.g. " Hard coding country codes because you lost your old list for the 10th time? Apy It! And actually get some REST! ' The api services you provide are utilised by software, so it is indeed technically correct It also became self explanatory after i knew what it was referring to xD so it definitely has positives already. But the question is who is the target audience? And is the branding just meant to explain what an 'API' is / that you're providing services via an api. ( I suppose i need to think about this (seeing as im considering applying to one of apyhubs open positions: ;) ))

@anthonypl thanks! Yes we often come across this situation where beta users didnt know what it was about until they saw it and said "ah yeah makes sense". The target audience is developers, either freelance or in a team. Basically anyone who develops applications. Looking forward to seeing your applciation! Which position draw your attention?
