Hello everyone, my name is Justin, maker of Respired.io! I need your help settling a team debate …
Is the integration of artificial intelligence in Apple products going to be a startup killer OR provide better exposure for the AI community?
I can’t wait to hear your thoughts … 💭
*** hint, I think both are possible

I think it's a bit of both. Apple's AI can overshadow some startups but also boost exposure for the AI community.

@andreas_sohns Hey Andrea! I think I’m an agreement with you here. If you were starting AI compan, how would you shift your focus so that you aren’t being overshadow by Apple’s new AI?

@indiana_joshi do you see yourself continuing to years toll on your computer or will you use them on your phone?
I think it will be a bit of both. Apple's move into AI might make things harder for some startups, but it could also bring more attention to AI. Some startups will likely find ways to adapt, go with the flow, and maybe even benefit from the increased interest and attention.

@henry_habib I think this is a good way to look at it. They’re definitely will have to be a shift and some companies who are focused on building around certain features of AI, that may now come standard with Apple AI. I’m curious, do you use ChatGPT? Claude? Gemini? Which one is your favorite?

I think it will provide better exposure. It will continue to be normalized and users will then seek out products with more specific use cases. It may replace many simple products - but like chat gpt it will be restricted to the users abilities. So more advanced tools that allow people to complete complex tasks will become more accepted overall
I think Apple AI a whole new ocean for startups. We're planning to try integrating it with our future app as soon as we can, it can provide a magically native experience!

@klauss_zee I think this is a wonderful idea. Do you know a date at which you will be able to start accessing it and building an integration?
