    Studies show that remote is around 10% less productiv. But I would say it depends on the compay how they setup everything around it

    It really depends on the person. Some people are even more productive when working remotely, while others require constant and direct control so as to not slack much.

    Yes. many employees don't work as hard as they should when they're doing remote work. The fact that they're not in the office makes them too comfortable to do their job properly.

    I believe the sweet spot is a mix of office and WFH. Like 1-2 days a week in the office to stay synced and aligned, also to just connect better and get more exposure to live communication (which is essential for us apes)
