Over deliver on value.
Get someone in on a low ticket item where you over deliver on value. That builds up trust which leads perfectly into your high ticket offer allowing you to seamlessly drive your audience up the value ladder.

@elifduran This is how I would think about it -
1. Have a hypothesis around who is your ICP (Ideal Customer Profile), and keep refining it as you run experiments
2. Have a good GTM - Pick one of Enterprise vs PLG motion depending on your strengths, industry, competition etc - and focus on that till you hit PMF and grow
3. Focus on clean design and good UI (have seen many clients using this to measure the maturity of your product)
Hey, @elifduran 👋 We've created a workbook with a whole bunch of practical tips, tricks, and strategies that we used to score top positions with our 2 launches. Completely FREE. Check it out here: https://get.leanbe.ai/product-hu...
Takes a couple of minutes to receive via email. 😉 I genuinely hope it will answer all of your possible questions, and please let me know if you have any feedback.
For the PH launch, just find the right hunter to support you.

This is advice that could be used for any product. Build an engaging and supportive community around your product. That will make the biggest difference on your launch day :)
Choosing a unique logo that suits your product is one of the most important and crucial things in launching a SaaS product.
I am glad that I found this website LogoMakerr.AI (https://logomakerr.ai/) that generates a logo in under 5 minutes.
@iyamendoza01 what do you think about our logo
@iyamendoza01 Teamcal Ai is a team scheduling software for mid-market and enterprise customers. what do you think about the logo its a combination of Calendar and Team

I would say from my limited experience learning from other founders, optimizing for feedback at the early stage is critical. You need mechanisms to launch something, capture quality feedback from your users, measure it, fix/improve it based on the metric, and launch again. The better you get at this the shorter the iteration cycles become and the fewer cycles you go about.
I'd say build up a good list of people willing to support from product hunt
You can DM them on launch day

Build a bulletproof GTM strategy. Most SaaS fail just because of not having a proper GTM.
SalesHookup
@jonayed_tanjim Sure thing! A solid Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy is essential for any SaaS product launch.
Thanks @jonayed_tanjim for your comment i really aprreciate that. Would you suggest me some of the popular resources to learn about GTM
Congrats on the launch! Some ideas, ensure that your SaaS product's unique selling points are highlighted effectively during the launch, and engage with potential customers through social media platforms to gather valuable feedback for improvements. Offer early adopters incentives such as discounted pricing or premium features to generate buzz and foster brand loyalty.
AI Profile For Slack
I think your team is promoting in a nice way and spreading the word. Congrats for your launch 🙂

Build a strong GTM strategy for each channel where your target customers are. Make sure you set up correct analytics to measure success for each growth channel. Testing with early adopters and identifying bugs on earlier stages can help as well.
Would you be interested in offering your product in a bundle? I'm working on BundleStore and would love to have BeforeSunset on our "For Devs, By Devs" bundle.
Before launching your product, make sure you have a clear understanding of your target audience. Conduct market research and gather data on your potential customers' needs and preferences.

Focus on transformation no on features.
People buy the most understanding solution, not the best one.

thanks for your message, does it mean we have to have a better marketing? @elifduran @othmane_khadri
Absolutely! Here are some recommendations for SaaS products getting ready to launch:
1. Collect user feedback to verify that your product and market fit.
2. Make sure your value proposition and messaging are crystal clear.
3. Improve the user experience and conversion rates on your website.
4. Create a smart marketing campaign that includes PR, social media, and content.
5. Establish customer support and onboarding procedures.
6. User activity should be tracked and analyzed to inform future improvements.
Good luck with the launch!
Offering a free trial is an effective way to attract potential customers and allow them to experience your product before committing to a purchase
